The Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire Short Form (TEIQue-SF), a brief and effective tool used for assessing emotional intelligence, originated in the Western culture needs to be adapted other cultures. current study aimed evaluate psychometric properties of an Arabic-adapted version TEIQue-SF. A cross-sectional was conducted on sample 487 Arabic-speaking participants, including students laypeople. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) assess conceptual factorial structure. Measurement invariance analyses were performed across genders. big five employed as external validation measures. CFA findings validated proposed TEIQue-SF structure, which included one latent (global trait EI) four indicator factors. Analysis measurement revealed that Arabic factorially equivalent Furthermore, demonstrated good internal consistency.
